Lease terms and rates

New prospective tenants frequently ask, what are your lease terms? The management of The Howard Court, does not dictate the length of your lease. Some tenants may want a short-term, some possibly a longer-term, we prefer that you decide what is best for you and your business. If your new business experiences growth in the first few months, you may want to choose a larger suite within our facility!"

Our lease rates are also quite flexible. We pledge to work with our prospective tenants, to help make their business successful! We believe this approach shall create a long-term, win-win situation between us and our new tenant friends.

Some examples of our suite rates, and sizes

Suites range from approximately 200 to 2000 sq ft. Availability varies from time to time, call or e-mail us for current suite availability.

Smaller court side suites run from $150-$300 per month Larger Street side, window suites, from $300 to $900 per month
